The Sunshine House is an exceptional, stylish and spacious villa situated in a quiet area of Javea, high up on the Cabo de la Nao. It is close to amenities but at the same time giving you all the freedom and privacy you need for your holiday. The villa hosts a private pool (10x5m), an outdoor kitchen and shower, a large garden, several terraces and overlooks some stunning woodland views leading down to the coast. It is fully air-conditioned.
The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, light and airy with 2 self-contained parts. It provides privacy and comfort for a large group or for 2 families wishing to holiday together. Whether you want a totally relaxing holiday lounging by your own private pool in the enclosed grounds with the kids safe at hand, or an action packed holiday exploring all that this beautiful part of Spain has to offer, then The Sunshine House is your ideal choice.
The terraced garden full of lemon and palm trees, as well as exotic plants, gives total privacy and has large areas of shade for children to play out of the sun.
There is a recently renovated dining area with outdoor kitchen, fridge and BBQ facility beside the pool with its roman steps and mood lighting, on the upper level with a large shaded terrace and stunning views.
The upper terrace with its non slip tiles, is designed to laze away sunny days, encouraging you to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty while allowing you to choose whether you want to sit in the sun or the shade. A perfect spot to enjoy eating “al fresco” while watching the changing sunlight at dusk. The gazebo area on the lower level, is shady and fitted with an additional outside dining table, perfect for lazy breakfasts or evening drinks watching the sun go down.
The main villa hosts a large entrance/hallway, living-dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all spread over 2 levels.
Entrance to the grounds is through remote controlled gates that lead to a large parking area (3 cars) at the front of the main house.
The spacious living area, equipped with air conditioning has a flat screen satellite television, DVD player, CD player and a ceiling fan, leading to the dining area with seating for 10. The large kitchen is equipped with air conditioning, a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator- freezer, espresso machine, electric kettle and toaster, mixer, juicer, washing machine and every utensil you could wish for.
The guest double bedroom on the ground floor has ample built in wardrobes with patio doors leading to the pool and terrace area. The “child’s” room has a single bed (with an additional pull out one underneath), as well as a double inbuilt wardrobe, a flat screen satellite television and a DVD player. Both bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.
The master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king size bed, a large inbuilt wardrobe and an en suite shower room with his & hers sinks. From this level you can access the roof terrace where you can enjoy the amazing views.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and hairdryers can be found in both bathrooms.
The owners have furnished the villa for comfort and luxury with no expense spared.
The apartment is spacious and located down some steps away from the pool at the east side of the villa. It has a big double bedroom with plenty of room for an additional blow up mattress and a large built in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, one of which can be made into a double, and both bedrooms share a bathroom hosting a shower and toilet (hairdryer provided).
There is an open kitchen/dining area with an arch joining it with the living area which includes a comfy sofa which can be converted into a bed, a flat screen satellite television and air conditioning capable of cooling the whole apartment area. . The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
Restaurants/supermarket within walking distance.
Javea town, beach, market, shops, a short drive away. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Javea's El Arenal, with its blue flagged beach, shops and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. The beautiful scenic port area and historic old town with its traditional narrow streets is also close by. The villa is a short drive from some of the most beautiful bays and panoramic views in this beautiful part of Spain.
