It comprises of an entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a furnished private terrace for ál fresco’ dining. The lounge has UK TV and air conditioning.
The large master bedroom has spacious built in wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace. From the terraces you can enjoy open views to the mountains and surrounding area.
The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and a shower room.
The kitchen/utility area is fully fitted with oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Private secure underground parking is located beneath the complex.

Very nice place in an excellent location. Well equipped and very clean. Solimar Villas provided an excellent service. In August it was a little hot but fans are provided. Would recommend it to others
An excellent place to stay. The apartment is very well furnished and nicely decorated. The owners had thought of everything and there was UK and Spanish television. The apartment is very near to the beach in Javea and there are many restaurants to choose from. We would definitely return in the future
We had a lovely holiday at this well located apartment in Javea. It is very near the sandy beaches in Javea and walking distance to the restaurants and water sports. We weren't sure we would get a holiday due to the pandemic but Liz from Solivillas ensured everything ran smoothly. She allowed us to change ouir dates when our original flights were cancelled. I would highly recommend this apartment at Golden Beach 2.
