Overview
Casa Cynca is a well presented villa that offers spacious accommodation that includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It benefits from air conditioning in all bedrooms and also offers WiFi internet and a choice of UK FreeSat television channels. The large split level gardens include a fabulous terrace with a larger than average 10m x 5m Infinity Pool. There are also fabulous views on offer to the sea, valleys and Montgo mountain.
Description
This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom is full of Spanish charm. Due to its Elevated position the villa enjoys wonderful views to the Mediterranean sea, valleys and Montgo mountain. Situated only a short drive from Javea's main Arenal beach yet in a very tranquil position. It benefits from air conditioning throughout, WiFi internet, UK FreeSat television channels and most notably a fabulous 10m x 5m infinity pool.
Walkthrough
A long sweeping narrow drive leads up to the villa entrance through black wrought iron gates. There are several entrances, the main entrance is up a few steps from the driveway through double doors leading into fabulous, exceptionally spacious lounge which features an LED television with FreeSat UK channels and DVD player. The lounge features triple aspect windows which offer stunning far reaching views to the Montgo mountain framed by Tosca stone arches.
Doors lead on to the kitchen/dining room. A traditional old style long pine dining table seats eight guests in comfort and the well equipped kitchen gas an electric hob and oven as well as dishwasher and microwave. A small covered terrace can be accessed through the side door of the dining area.
A further set of double doors lead to the fabulous rear pool terraces and garden which enjoys sea and valley views.
The master bedroom has patio doors that open onto the front of the villa and an en-suite shower room, further along the corridor leading to the other bedrooms is an alcove which houses the washing machine There are four further bedrooms two with double beds and two with twin single beds. Two of the further bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the remaining two bedrooms share use of a fourth family bathroom.
All of the furnishings and fittings are tasteful and good quality and all of the bathrooms feature air conditioning and built in wardrobes. WiFi is also available throughout the villa.
Outside offers a choice of seating areas with ample space for the large families this villa will suit, the infinity pool is larger than average at 10m x 5m and adjacent is a BBQ area with charcoal BBQ. Six sun loungers are provided.
** Please note this villa accommodates 10 guests as standard, but, an 11th guest can be accommodated with the hire of a folding bed, linen and towels at the time of booking.
Please Note: Please read the above description carefully with regard to the layout of bedrooms and beds provided as in some cases it is necessary to hire an additional folding bed, linen and towels to achieve the full capacity stated.
