Golden Beach 2 bedroom apartment - Ground Floor apartment furnished to a very high standard and only 5 minutes walk from the Arenal sandy blue flag beach. Comprising of an entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a furnished private terrace garden for ál fresco’ dining. The large master bedroom has spacious built in wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace.
From the terraces you can enjoy open views to the mountains and surrounding area. The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and pool views. There is a full en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room. The kitchen/utility area is fully fitted with oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave.
There is a small private south facing terrace in front of the swimming pool and a gate from this area directly to the pool.
The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living / dining area. The television offers UK chanels including BBC, ITV, Chanel 4 etc. The apartment now also offers Wifi
Private secure underground parking is located beneath the complex. Located in front of the beautiful pool & landscaped gardens.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this apartment. It is a lovely apartment with everything you could wish for. It is so clean & comfortable with the added advantage of air conditioning. It's also very conveniently located, a couple of steps to the pool & only a 10 minute walk down to the main Arenal part of Javea. There is also a Mas y Mas supermarket on the doorstep. We spent 2 weeks here this summer & really didn't want to leave. Thank you so much to Elizabeth at Solimar Villas. We will be back.
Loved this apartment i is so close to the beach and bars, the pool is massive and the apartment was wonderful. The AC made the property and so did the space. We walked into to be pleasantly surprised of how clean it was, i would definitely recommends this property.
Perfect, close to the beach, the property has AC and the pool was great, absolutely loved it.

We,, (4 adults), stayed at golden beach 2 for a week in June. The apartment was excellent, bright, spacious and with everything you could need. Being a ground floor it had direct access to the pool via the front terrace. The private terrace to the rear was huge and was great for sitting having breakfast. Plenty room to sunbathe too. The location is excellent too, only a short stroll to the Arenal Beach and all the restaurants bars etc. All in all a great apartment in a great location close to all amenities, supermarket, chemist etc
This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment, as it is excellent. The location is great, a short walk to the beach, and central enough for some longer walks to the port area or Cala Blanca. The terrace out the back is great, and gets the sun from lunchtime until evening. The pool out the front is great and never really that busy. The AC and Wifi makes a great difference. Everything is great about this apartment, light, modern airy, comfortable, relaxing, great for families. I would definitely recommend this property, the best we have stayed in. 5 ***** Stars

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, the bedrooms we very adequate the living room and kitchen were great too. I have given this a four because the only couple of gripes were the living room TV had a bad signal (when the weather was bad we couldn't watch TV) and the sliding outside door was not very secure, upstairs neighbours were very noisy too, having said that we would definitely come back here, it's extremely well looked after and it's only a two minute walk to the supermarket and a five minute walk to the beach.
Other good points was the under ground parking, the large patio area and it had a good size pool.

Fantastic apartment & area
This is a fabulous place to stay set in a beautiful location just 2 minutes walk from shops and 5 minutes from the lovely beach with bars and restaurants. The pool and grounds were very clean and maintained to a high standard.
The local beach has a promenade with lots of bars and restaurants offering anything from a toastie to full a la carte dining.
Family holiday
Absolutely terrific teenagers had their own space and could wander out alone . Pool fantastic and right in front of the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and spotless. There are 2 private terraces with sunloungers and tables. We couldn't fault anything
A family of four with two teenagers. Fantastic place near the beach and grocery shopping. Lovely pool. Nice and quiet. We will defintnately come back.
Everything was great with the apartment and we had a fantastic holiday.
